During this initial period, orders typically have not yet entered the processing phase, making cancellation possible.

After the 12-hour window, your order may already be:

Once your order has reached any of these stages, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
In such cases, we kindly ask that you wait until your order arrives. You may then begin a return request in accordance with our Return Policy.
